Concrete and Paver Driveways
In reality, there are a lot of companies and even independent contractors that could handle paving a driveway. What is the difference between hiring a service from them and giving us a call? We will not only lay down the concrete and call it a day! We will inspect the area beforehand to make sure that we are able to spot specific dangers that could affect your driveway in a short or long-term basis. That way we can gear our service towards building a driveway that can have the best chance of holding up for an extended period of time!
When you are building a home your driveway may become an afterthought. Yet it happens to be the only road that you will have to travel on, every single time that you come in or out of your home. Don’t you think that you should pay a little closer attention when it comes to how it is built or who builds it? Concrete is one of the most durable components that we can make a driveway out of. These types of driveways can literally allow you to drive up and down on them for years without having to worry too much about it!
Paver driveways can be just as durable as normal concrete driveways but can bring a completely different look to your home that normal concrete driveways just can’t provide. These driveways can be customized down to every last block, literally! These types of driveways also don’t have to be a lot more expensive than normal concrete driveways. Contrary to popular belief if you can find a good deal on blocks you will be able to install a driveway quickly without having it cost you a fortune.
Inspections & Prebuilding Procedures
We said that our services differed from those of other contractors because we were able to provide inspections before we laid out the concrete or other types of material. Some people could say that we are a bit obsessive when it comes accounting for every small detail. You are going to thank us though when you find that your neighbor is having problems with cracks and floods, while you are calmly driving up and down your driveway without any difficulty. The best way to make sure of that is to know exactly how rainwater is flowing through your home and what type of soil your home is sitting on.
Why We Don’t Work With Asphalt
A lot of people have asked us why we don’t usually work with asphalt driveways. The most honest answer can give is that our expertise covers other types of materials. We believe that these types of materials are a better option to give your driveway a unique look and it will make it a lot more durable. That said if you are looking for that type of driveway we have to recognize that it is also a viable option.
